1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or purchasing services from YASEEN VANTAGE™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of this website and related services immediately.
2. Nature of Services
YASEEN VANTAGE™ provides strategic authority positioning systems, digital identity infrastructure, executive branding architecture, website systems, perception engineering frameworks, and related consulting services.
All services are professional strategic services and are not guarantees of revenue, business success, media exposure, investment returns, social growth, or market dominance.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Supplying required materials when requested.
- Responding within reasonable project timelines.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables when applicable.
Project delays resulting from client inactivity may affect deployment schedules.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, systems, structures, concepts, processes, naming systems, strategic architecture, documentation, and materials developed by YASEEN VANTAGE™ remain intellectual property of YASEEN VANTAGE™ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive usage rights to approved final assets and systems upon fulfillment of payment obligations.
5. Payment Policy
Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
For flagship transformation systems:
• Upfront Retainer: 60%
• Remaining Balance: 40% upon deployment completion
For selective enhancement services:
• 100% payment is required before commencement.
Work may be paused or withheld until required payments are completed.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic, intellectual, and customized nature of services:
• Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be evaluated solely at the discretion of YASEEN VANTAGE™.
7. Confidentiality
Information submitted through intake systems will be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation, communication, and project execution purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
YASEEN VANTAGE™ shall not be liable for:
• Business losses, revenue losses, indirect damages, third-party actions, market conditions, platform policy changes, or reputation outcomes beyond delivered work.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
9. Right of Refusal
YASEEN VANTAGE™ reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any project, application, or relationship without obligation to disclose internal evaluation criteria.
10. Modifications
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
